Night at the Ballpark
Summertime. It’s a perfect
time for playing outside with friends and family.
Barbecues, pool parties, vacation and relaxation.
However, if you have a sick child and are having
to stay a long way from home, trying to save every
cent for medications and food, the fun of summer
is the farthest thing from your mind.
Our “Night at the Ballpark” is designed
to turn this around. We want to be able to have the
parents and the child take their mind off of their
illness, treatment and financial issues. For one
night in June, we are making it possible for these
parents and families to get a taste of summer by
sitting back and enjoying a ball game, eating a hot
dog and watching a firework show.
On Saturday, June 28, we will be at the Epicenter
in Rancho Cucamonga cheering on the Quakes. There
will be families coming from our Housing
for Hope program and kids from Loma Linda University
Children's Hospital and Kaiser Permanente Hospital
in Fontana. It doesn’t sound like much, but
for many families, it’s a really big deal.
You can help us, too! Be a sponsor of a child for
our Ballpark Night with a donation as low as $10.
Here's the pitch!
$10 Single: Sponsors

and a snack. Yes, these area available to all!
